Wayne Brothers Process Integration Group installed all the Process and Utility Piping for a New Bottle Water production line, consisting of 304 and 316 stainless steel tubing, plus schedule 10 and 40 stainless steel pipe.
Wayne Brothers Process Integration Group, rigged and set all the process and utility equipment: Silos, Tanks, Injection Molding Machines, Chillers, Cooling Tower, High and Low Air compressors, UV skid, Pump skids, Polishing filters, Blow Molding equipment and Distiller.
This project was installed below cost and ahead of schedule. The Process Integration Group was instrumental in planning and scheduling in advance to reduce cost and field time installation. This was accomplished by prefabbing hangers and piping portions of this project in our shop. Our Project Engineer took existing P&IDs, plus layout drawings and created 3D models for us to fabricate 30% of the project before mobilizing to the site. Fabricating in advance is a standard at Wayne Brothers to minimize the amount of time necessary for field installation.
