Millwright

The Millwright must work safely and productively on various sized Industrial project sites. A successful candidate in this role must be highly motivated and willing to complete any task assigned, along with performing the essential duties of the Millwright position. All employees are expected to communicate, build relationships with other team members and use good judgment at all times. The Millwright is expected to have the ability to perform all duties of the positions preceding it in its specific career path, while being responsible and accountable to complete any other tasks assigned.

Duties

  • Assist with development and implementation of pre-task safety plans
  • Determine materials needed
  • Establish layout points from site control
  • Identify & correct safety hazards
  • Level, align and install machinery on foundations or base plates and set, level and align electric motors or other power sources
  • Read measuring tape and record proper measurements
